Miami Heat NBA Top Shot fans, here’s a breakdown of Sobe Slam Seis

OVERVIEW

SoBe Slam is a unique contest for the Pack Riley Mafia community on NBA Top Shot.

There are 5 different sections to Sobe Slam
1) Predictive Questions
2) La Carrera
3) 305 Showcase Challenge
4) Ocean Drive Treasure Hunt
5) Locked Sets

Each section contributes points towards your total for the week, which will be tracked on a leaderboard against other community members.

REWARDS

Based on your final placement for the leaderboard for the week, you will earn an amount of dollars that can be redeemed for moments.

A note: please don’t ask us to send in multiple low offers for you; one big offer is fine, or many small moments from the account, but it’s a lot of overhead to chase down many, many offers.

Ties will be broken by your placement in each of the 5 sections of this contest.

305 SHOWCASE CHALLENGE

Follow along during the week and see which moments are needed for the weekly showcase. Submit at the end of the week when 305 Showcase Challenge form is sent out. You do not need every moment to submit.

305 STANDARD SHOWCASE REQUIREMENTS

Tue, Apr 4 @ Detroit
* Any moment of Heat player with Last Basket; however based on serial and rarity will be ranked against other entries with the top 10% getting 10 points, the next 10% getting 9 points, and so on. Formula is serial + rarity bonus (-10 for rare, -25 for legendary) + TSD bonus (-10) + CR bonus (-10)

Thu, Apr 6 @ Philadelphia
* Rare moment of Heat player with Most Blocks

Fri, Apr 7 @ Washington
* Locked Top Shot Debut moment of Heat player with the 1st Steal

Sun, Apr 9 vs Magic
* Variable moment of Heat player with most points — if they have less than 25 points, their TSD; if they have 25–29 points, a Rare moment; if they have 30 points or more, a Legendary moment.

Weekly
Burn any moment of Heat player with the most 3PM for the week — send to ThePackRileyMafia on TS to be burned.

If a player is missing a particular type of moment, it will be reduced accordingly (Legendary->Rare->TSD, or CR->TSD).

If a player doesn’t have a Top Shot moment, a moment of a former Heat player who plays the same position will be used.

These moments are not required to be in your showcase, but if they are, you will get bonus points for the week.

Ocean Drive Treasure Hunt Schedule

The below moments will have their clue posted on the day listed above the moment at a random time. For example, the Donovan Mitchell moment will have its clue posted sometime on Monday this week.

Every link will follow this format: https://tinyurl.com/?-ocean-dr, where the ? has to be replaced by the clue answer (which could be any number of digits).

If the clue is “When was Austin Reaves born?”, well it’s the same year I graduated high school, which happens to be 1998. In this case the link answer would be: https://tinyurl.com/1998-ocean-dr.
